Digital download after the order is confirmed as paid, through the store's digital delivery service. Provide a working email address. No physical product is shipped. Open the ZIP first, then use a PDF reader, image viewer and browser for its contents.

The standard license permits one project at one site and private sharing with your project professionals as described in the supplied license. Files may not be resold or redistributed.

Scope and exclusions

This is a planning concept for discussion with your local design team. Foundation design, structural engineering, MEP, site survey, permit documentation, code certification, material takeoff, cost estimates, editable CAD/BIM and custom services are not included. Permit approval, site suitability and construction cost are not guaranteed.
