Before you purchase

Review the design, dimensions, included files, conceptual scope and license before ordering. Ask us if anything is unclear. We sell digital conceptual packages, not printed goods or permit approvals.

Cancellations and change of mind

If you wish to cancel before files have been delivered or accessed, contact us promptly so we can check the order. After delivery or access, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Delivery problems, incorrect files and defects

If you receive the wrong package, cannot access your purchase, find a corrupted file or believe the package materially differs from its listing, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide the correct files, restore access or correct the issue. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will provide an appropriate refund, subject to any additional rights you have under applicable law. Duplicate charges will be investigated and corrected.

Requesting help

Email our support address. Please include screenshots where useful, but never send payment card details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; posting time depends on the payment provider. No physical return is required.

Statutory rights

This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for defective or misdescribed digital content or any applicable cancellation rights. Downloading a file does not by itself waive rights where additional consent is legally required.
