What am I purchasing?
A digital conceptual house-plan package. The product page lists the exact files included. You are not purchasing a built home, land or construction services.
Are the plans permit-ready?
No. They are not stamped, engineered or universally permit-ready construction documents. Have the concept reviewed and adapted by qualified local professionals before construction.
What does each package include?
Contents vary by product. Check its “What’s Included” section before purchasing. Do not assume that CAD files, structural details, material quantities or mirrored versions are included unless listed.
How do I receive the files?
For standard downloadable packages, a download link is emailed to the address on your order after payment is confirmed. Payment review or processing can delay delivery. Any different delivery schedule will be stated in the product listing. No physical shipping is involved.
What if my download email or file is missing?
Check your inbox and spam folder. If you still need help, email andriinexa@gmail.com with your order number and plan name. Tell us whether the link is missing, the download fails or the file will not open.
Can I change a layout?
Discuss changes with your local professional and review the license included with the product. A customization service is not included unless explicitly offered.
Does the price include construction?
No. The price is for the digital package only. Land, site work, engineering, permits, materials and labor are separate.
Can you tell me exactly what the house will cost to build?
Build costs depend on location, site conditions, materials, labor and design changes. Obtain estimates from local professionals based on a site-specific scope.
Are the images photographs of completed homes?
Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, images are design visualizations, not photographs of completed customer builds.
May I share or resell the files?
Refer to the product license for permitted use and sharing with professionals. Purchasing a package does not transfer copyright.
