Digital products
Our plan packages are digital files. No printed plans, physical materials or construction services are shipped. Review the product listing for the file formats and exact package contents before ordering.
Receiving your files
For standard downloadable packages, a download link is emailed to the address on your order after payment is confirmed. Payment review or processing can delay delivery. Any different delivery schedule will be stated in the product listing. Use an email address you can access and check that it is correct before completing your order. Payment confirmation and file delivery may be separate notifications.
If access fails
Check your inbox and spam folder, then email us with your order number and the plan name or code. Tell us whether the link is missing, a download fails or a file will not open. We will investigate and help restore access to the purchased package. Do not send payment card details or passwords.
Using and keeping the files
You need software compatible with the formats listed for the product. Download and keep a backup of your purchase. Access to the files does not change the conceptual scope of the plans or replace local professional review.
