Products and scope

GableNest Plans offers pre-designed conceptual house-plan packages. Each listing describes the design, dimensions, file formats and included materials. Style illustrations are inspirational; the specific listing defines the purchased package.

Plans are not stamped, engineered or universally permit-ready construction documents. Building codes, structural needs, site conditions and permit requirements vary. Obtain qualified local review and any necessary adaptation before construction. We do not guarantee permit approval, site suitability or construction cost.

Orders and payment

Review your selected package and total price before paying. Applicable taxes and any other charges are shown at checkout. Provide accurate contact and billing information. If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected order; we will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.

Delivery and license

Products are delivered digitally using the method and timing stated with the offer. The Plan License & Terms of Use defines permitted use. No ownership of the original design is transferred. Custom work and professional services are not included unless specifically stated.

Problems with a purchase

Contact us with your order number if files are missing, incorrect or defective. The Digital Product Refund Policy explains our resolution process. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is processed. The terms presented at purchase apply to that order. Future updates apply prospectively.
